GUNNA HAS A NEW SONG “BREAD & BUTTER” WHERE HE ADDRESSES THE RICO CASE. CHECK IT OUT!

Gunna new song “Bread & Butter” was just released and a lot of people are viewing it. He is addressing the rico case, the D.A. and rumors of him being a snitch. “Never gave no statement or agreed to take no stand on ’em / On whatever you n-ggas on, then trust me, I’mma stand on it / Lawyers and the DA did some sneaky shit, I fell for it / On my Ps and Qs because, this time, I be prepared for it,” he raps on the song’s second verse. Gunna was released last year after taking an Alford plea, meaning he pleaded guilty to the one charge against him—conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act—while maintaining his innocence. He was sentenced to five years in prison, but that was commuted to time served and the rest of the sentence was suspended. Young Thug remains incarcerated as he awaits trial.

Gunna has also been criticized by Freddie Gibbs, with whom he had a preexisting feud, and Boosie Badass. (As is often the case with celebrity tension, a certain subset of fans have also been paying close attention to who has unfollowed Gunna on social media.)
